Role & responsibilities

We are looking for Sourcing Lead to help us find the best tech talent in the global market like North America and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and good understanding of technical landscape, to attract and hire top talent.

Key Requirements.

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates in either One of the mentioned Tech Stack Software Development Engineers /Data Analytics/ IT- Infrastructure or related technical roles.
- Screening & Evaluation: Comfortable conducting candidate screening on Phone to assess technical skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed.com and other sourcing tools.
- Minimum 12 years of experience managing or mentoring recruitment/sourcing teams.

Skills - Must Have: Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of 2 of the mentioned technical skills -

- SDLC - Software Development Lifecycle,



valuable experience of hiring Back-end and Front-end engineers
- Data Analytics concepts and technologies such as Python, SQL, ETL, data pipelines, Hadoop, Spark, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP),
- Database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning roles.
- Experience recruiting for roles involving Full stack, Backend, AI/ML, distributed systems, cloud architecture, or similar complex technical domains
- Sourcing Skills: Good experience in creating Boolean string and execute search via LinkedIn, GitHub, and other job boards
- Team Management: Experience in leading, mentoring, or managing a sourcing/recruitment team

Skill hiring experience : Familiarity with AI, ML, Java Full Stack, Angular, React JS, ASP.NET, Node JS, MERN stack, MEAN stack, front-end developer and back-end developer.
