As we scale our production operations, we are looking for a sharp, proactive, and field-ready professional to manage third-party factory partnerships, streamline vendor sourcing, and drive end-to-end production execution.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing & Production Manager to lead our outsourcing and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be the key link between Mezenor’s design unit and external manufacturing units/jobbers. You will identify reliable factory partners, negotiate costs, source materials, and remain on-site at partner facilities to ensure timelines, quality standards, and material handovers are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Onboarding & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality apparel factories, jobbers, and specialized workshops capable of handling our design complexity and standards.

Material & Trim Sourcing: Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments accurately according to Tech Packs and design specifications; manage inventory handovers to third-party units.

Production Planning & Scheduling: Establish clear production timelines with external factories, tracking orders daily from cutting to final finishing.





On-Site Quality & Timeline Supervision: Conduct regular factory visits to supervise ongoing work, troubleshoot technical/stitching issues, enforce strict quality control (QC), and prevent production delays.

Costing & Negotiation: Negotiate competitive CM (Cut & Make) / CMT rates with vendors while maintaining high quality standards.

Logistics & Handover: Ensure finished goods are inspected, packed correctly, and delivered to the boutique/warehouse on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in apparel production management, vendor sourcing, or garment merchandising (experience in luxury fashion, premium womenswear, or Indo-Western wear is a strong plus).

Network: Strong existing network of fabric vendors, trim suppliers, and garment manufacturing units/jobbers.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, pattern-making basics, and production workflows.

Execution & Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for on-site factory visits and market visits.

Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor-handling skills with an eye for detail.
