ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines solid design
fundamentals with a modern, AI-first creative mindset. You'll be responsible for
crafting compelling visuals across digital, print, packaging, and marketing




campaigns while maintaining a consistent and scalable brand identity.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, collaborate across teams,
mentor junior designers, and leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve
speed, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Design creatives for social media, campaigns, print, packaging, and marketing
materials.

* Create AI-assisted creatives and leverage generative AI tools to enhance
design quality, speed, and innovation.

* Collaborate with brand, content, and marketing teams to execute creative
campaigns.

* Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines.

* Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback.

* Ensure high-quality, consistent design across all brand assets.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in graphic/brand design.

* Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, campaign, and print work.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
