We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented project Coordinator to serve as the first line of support for Data related Issues. This role is responsible for Support & Coordinate Portfolio, Project Managers and cross functional team to maintain project/portfolio reports that track overall progress, governance compliance, and data completeness.

CSBU is one of the most highly technically advanced business units within Molex. Its objective is to develop the technology that customers will need in the next 2-5 years.

What You Will Do

Maintain data integrity, compliance, and standards across CSBU projects within Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and supporting databases.
Identify and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, missing metadata, and data quality issues within project information received from integrated enterprise systems.




Support Portfolio Managers and Project Managers in project charter creation, project setup, documentation, and related activities.
Maintain project management master data, including validations, updates, corrections, and periodic audits against source systems such as SAP and Navigator.
Develop and maintain projects and portfolio reports that track project progress, compliance, resource alignment, and data completeness.
Perform regular cross-functional reviews to ensure alignment and consistency between project management tools and integrated business systems.
Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, guidelines, and training materials related to project management processes and tools.
Support user onboarding, training, and adoption of project management tools, processes, and standards across the business unit.
