Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design and engineering of ELV systems, including:
Fire Detection & Alarm Systems (FDAS)




CCTV & Video Surveillance
Access Control Systems
Public Address & Voice Evacuation (PAVA)
Structured Cabling (Copper & Fiber)
BMS / IBMS / DCIM integration
Intrusion Detection, Perimeter Security/Physical Security
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ELV systems across projects.
Develop and review Basis of Design (BOD), specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
Coordinate with MEP, IT, Architecture, Civil, and Client teams for seamless system integration.
Review and approve vendor submittals, technical proposals, and shop drawings.
Support construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Ensure compliance with international and local standards (NFPA, IEC, IS, NBC, BS, TIA/EIA).
Identify technical risks and implement value engineering and mitigation strategies.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level ELV engineers.
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and technical work
