Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

Configure and implement ServiceNow SPM modules.
Develop and customize workflows, forms, and automations.
Build reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights.
Integrate SPM with enterprise applications and ServiceNow modules.
Support enhancements, upgrades, and stakeholder requirements.
Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
