Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Training Governance
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–4 trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery and business alignment.
Set performance goals, monitor trainer effectiveness, and drive continuous capability enhancement within the training team.
Standardize training practices, content delivery, and learning outcomes across locations.
Sales Onboarding & Induction
Design and oversee onboarding programs for newly hired sales employees.
Ensure new joiners gain comprehensive understanding of banking products, sales processes, compliance requirements, and customer engagement standards.
Monitor and improve new-hire productivity and certification completion rates.
Sales Capability Development
Develop and execute training strategies to strengthen sales,
relationship management, cross-selling, and customer acquisition skills.
Drive capability-building programs for CASA, Retail Assets, Credit Cards, Insurance, and other Consumer Banking products.
Deliver behavioral, managerial, and leadership development programs for sales teams.
Performance Improvement & Field Coaching
Conduct training needs analysis using productivity, conversion, and performance data.
Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and implement targeted interventions.
Drive field coaching initiatives and on-the-job learning to improve sales effectiveness.
Content Development & Learning Innovation
Design and update training modules, facilitator guides, e-learning content, sales playbooks, and certification programs.
Leverage digital learning platforms and cutting-edge learning methodologies to enhance learner engagement.
