We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to drive business growth through project and institutional sales within the Electrical, Lighting, Building Materials, or related industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong network among architects, interior designers, builders, developers, project management consultants (PMCs), and MEP consultants, with proven expertise in specification selling and project-based sales.
This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, influencing product specifications, and managing the complete sales lifecycle for institutional and project-based customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive project and institutional sales by identifying and developing recent business opportunities across assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, PMC firms,



MEP consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Promote products through specification selling, ensuring inclusion in project specifications during the planning and design stages.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and project tracking to negotiations, order closure, and post-sales coordination.
Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects and engage stakeholders early in the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare project proposals, quotations, presentations, and technical documentation for customers.
Monitor project pipelines, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and business profitability.
