ABOUT THE ROLE
MSN Urban Ventures LLP is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive residential sales for MSN Realty, our flagship luxury development at Kokapet, Neopolis. This role owns the full sales cycle — from qualified lead to signed booking — across direct/walk-in clients, channel partners, and referral networks. We're looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with the discipline to manage a high-value, considered-purchase sales pipeline, and who can represent a premium brand with the polish our HNI and NRI clientele expect.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Execution & Closures
Own the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead qualification through site visits, negotiations,



and final booking/closure — against defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct compelling site visits and experience-center walkthroughs for prospective buyers, articulating the project's design, amenities, location advantages, and investment value.
Manage the complete documentation, booking, and agreement process in coordination with the CRM, legal, and finance teams, ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience.
Handle pricing discussions, payment plans, and negotiations within approved guidelines to convert high-intent prospects into confirmed bookings.
Channel Partner (CP) & Direct Sales Management
Build, activate, and manage a robust Channel Partner network — onboarding new CPs, training them on the project, and driving consistent lead flow and conversions through the CP channel.
Manage direct walk-in and digitally-sourced leads in parallel, ensuring timely follow-up, structured nurturing, and high conversion rates across both channels.
