Role Description The Territory Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Kanpur, Raebareli, Sitapur. This role is responsible for managing sales and distribution activities within the assigned territory, including building and maintaining relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors. The Territory Manager will conduct regular field visits, introduce and promote agrochemical products, provide product demonstrations,



and gather market feedback. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, monitoring competitor activities, planning promotional campaigns, and ensuring timely collection and reporting of sales data. The role also involves supporting farmer education initiatives, coordinating with internal teams for supply and logistics, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Experience in field sales, territory management, or business development, ideally within agrochemicals or agriculture-related products.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Practical knowledge of agricultural practices, crop protection products, and local farming conditions in and around Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Kanpur, Raebareli, Sitapur.
Ability to plan routes, manage time efficiently, and work
