The role will be responsible for analysing trends, tracking industry developments, understanding customer behaviour, conducting competitor assessments, and generating actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Pricing etc.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging risks.
Develop and maintain periodic market intelligence reports, competitor benchmarking studies, and business performance analyses.
Analyse customer behaviour,



demand patterns, and market dynamics to support business planning and decision-making.
Generate actionable insights on pricing trends, customer segments, product positioning, and market potential.
Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for management reviews and strategic discussions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams to support business initiatives through data-backed insights.
Track key industry indicators, economic trends, policy developments, and competitor activities relevant to the business.
Support market-entry assessments, customer potential studies, and chance mapping exercises.
Qualification
B.Tech/B.E., MBA (Marketing), Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related disciplines with relevant experience in Market Research, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, or Strategic Research.
