Role Overview
We're looking for an HR Executive to support the HRBP in day-to-day coordination, tracking, and reporting across recruitment, HR operations, and systems administration. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone early in their HR career who is organized, proactive, and comfortable owning recurring processes without needing reminders.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end sourcing and candidate pipeline management across open roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the hiring tracker with real-time candidate and offer status




Prepare weekly sourcing and pipeline summaries for HRBP and leadership
Manage data hygiene
Support website/LinkedIn page content coordination as needed
Track employee lifecycle milestones
Handle general employee queries and HR admin tasks
Employee engagement weekly activities

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or HR generalist roles
Robust organizational skills and comfort owning recurring, calendar-driven tasks independently
Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; HRMS exposure a plus
Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating across candidates, managers, and leadership
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup setting with minimal supervision
