About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive enterprise acquisition and revenue growth by building relationships with large corporate clients.
In this role, you'll work closely with CHROs, HR Leaders, Procurement Heads, Admin Heads, CXOs, and other business leaders to understand organizational challenges and recommend customized employee engagement and corporate experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent enterprise clients for corporate offsites, MICE, and employee engagement solutions.
Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and client meetings to proposal presentations, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers including CHROs, HR Heads, Procurement Leaders, Admin Heads, L&D; Heads, and CXOs.
Conduct executive-level presentations and solution discussions.
Collaborate with internal teams to design customized client proposals and engagement solutions.
Manage a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
Drive repeat business through strategic account management and long-term partnerships.
Consistently achieve revenue and business growth targets.
