What role will you play?

In this role, you will design, build, and enhance HR Service Delivery solutions across the full lifecycle – from requirements through deployment and support, while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient outcomes for employee’s processes and experience. You will partner with People & Culture stakeholders end engineering teams to drive automation and improve service delivery.



You will also maintain platform stability through best practices and continuous improvement.

What You Offer

3–4 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow in a developer capacity
Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD including case management, knowledge management, and lifecycle events
Proficiency in JavaScript across Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and UI Actions and experience with workflow automation (Flow Designer) and platform data management
Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and working in Agile environments
Ability to effectively use AI tools and emerging technologies to explore solutions, improve productivity and generate innovative ideas
