We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Lead Engineer to join our engineering team building cutting-edge infrastructure for the next generation of AI systems. Our work focuses on creating reinforcement learning (RL) environments for coding and agentic AI, evaluation frameworks, and enterprise-grade datasets that help frontier AI labs develop increasingly capable and reliable models on the path toward job superintelligence.
As a Full Stack Lead Engineer, you will own features end-to-end, contribute to product architecture, and build intuitive interfaces backed by scalable services. You will collaborate closely with AI researchers, backend engineers, and product teams to create platforms that enable rapid experimentation, evaluation, and deployment of advanced AI workflows.



This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving challenging technical problems across both frontend and backend systems while taking ownership of impactful products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces for AI-powered platforms.
Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations to support complex workflows.
Collaborate with AI researchers and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into production-ready applications.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across frontend and backend systems.
Build internal tools, dashboards, and workflows for RL environments, AI evaluations, and enterprise data management.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
