Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Food and Beverage Specialist will oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring that guests receive attentive, informed, and welcoming hospitality across Nisa’s concepts.



Responsibilities include guiding guests through food and beverage offerings, coordinating with culinary and bar teams, and maintaining high standards of presentation, quality, and hygiene. The role also involves managing orders and table service, addressing guest queries and feedback, and supporting the execution of special menus, events, and experiential service elements. The specialist will help train and mentor team members, contribute to menu and service improvements, and uphold Nisa’s commitment to culturally rich, memorable hospitality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge, with experience in restaurant, bar, or bistro environments.
