Lead the hydraulic engineering team and review/update designs for storm water drainage networks, water supply systems and sewerage systems for external infrastructure projects in townships, municipalities and cities.
Carry out hydraulic analysis, calculations, modelling in 1D and 2D and engineering for storm water drainage, water supply and sewer systems using WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, MIKE, SWMM, EPANet, HEC-RAS, GIS, SWAT, HEC-HMS, InfoWorks and Civil 3D.
Prepare preliminary and detailed design reports, drawings, specifications, bill of quantities and detailed cost estimates.
Prepare tender specifications, tender documents and drawings.
Assist in the preparation of technical reports and drawings, ensuring quality deliverables in line with client standards.
Interact with clients, present design solutions effectively, and build lasting positive client relationships.
Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time by the Reporting Manager, Line Manager, ADAG or DAG.
