We're looking for an experienced Practice Leader – Business Analysis & Execution Advisory to build and scale a market-leading Business Analysis practice within our Process Intelligence & Technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale a strategic Business Analysis practice.
Build BA service offerings including Advisory, CoE Setup, Managed BA, and Domain Pods.
Drive AI-enabled requirement engineering and Process Intelligence-based discovery.
Shape RFPs, large transformation deals, and advisory-led revenue streams.
Establish enterprise governance, reusable frameworks, and industry accelerators.
Improve solution quality, delivery predictability,



and transformation outcomes.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Business Analysis leadership team.
