We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized PO Creation specialist to join our procurement team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and processing purchase orders within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 workplace. You will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely procurement operations while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and vendor management protocols.
Create and process purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with accuracy and efficiency
Analyze procurement requirements and convert them into properly formatted purchase orders
Manage the complete PO lifecycle, including creation, approval workflows, and vendor communication
Ensure all purchase orders comply with organizational policies and procurement guidelines
Maintain organized records and documentation of all PO transactions and related communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
