Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Aerospace Engineering positions across the United States.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for roles such as Aerospace Engineers, Design Engineers, Systems Engineers, Stress Analysts, Manufacturing Engineers, Avionics Engineers, and related disciplines.
Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage offer negotiations.




Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active aerospace engineering talent.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on aerospace industry trends, talent market intelligence, and hiring best practices.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in US recruitment, with exposure to Engineering or Aerospace hiring.
Strong understanding of aerospace engineering skill sets and industry terminology.
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing/recruitment environment.
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
