About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented finance skilled to join our Business Finance team, supporting the Marketing function. This role will be responsible for driving marketing performance reporting, financial analysis, and MIS, enabling data-driven decision-making across acquisition and growth channels.




The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, building insightful dashboards, tracking marketing investments, and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Marketing MIS and reporting across online and offline acquisition channels.
Prepare and publish periodic business performance reports with high accuracy and timeliness.
Track marketing budgets against actual spends and highlight key variances.
Develop and maintain dashboards for critical marketing metrics such as:
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Lifetime Value (LTV)
Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
Channel-wise performance
Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and cost optimization levers.
Evaluate marketing effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign ROI.
