Hiring Freight Brokers | US Logistics | Mohali

? Location: Mohali (Phase 8B) – Onsite
? Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)
? Experience: 6 months to 5years

✅ Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of:
OTR (Over-the-Road)
FTL (Full Truckload)
LTL (Less-than-Truckload)
Drayage
Dispatch Operations
Ability to negotiate competitive freight rates with shippers and carriers.
Experience coordinating shipments, tracking loads, and resolving transit-related issues.
Knowledge of freight documentation, including Rate Confirmations, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and invoices.
Understanding of US transportation and freight regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and cold-calling skills.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Existing network of shippers and carriers.
Experience in lead generation and business development.




Knowledge of freight billing and invoicing processes.
