Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head – Logistics to lead and manage the end-to-end logistics and distribution function for a rapidly growing nutraceutical manufacturing organization. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring seamless movement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, exports, imports, warehousing, transportation, inventory optimization, and regulatory compliance while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cost efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food ingredients, herbal extracts, or FMCG manufacturing logistics with expertise in domestic and international supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Strategy & Operations




Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with organizational business objectives.
Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Ensure timely movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods across manufacturing units and distribution centers.
Optimize transportation routes, freight costs, and delivery schedules.
Drive logistics excellence through continuous process improvements and automation.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Oversee warehouse operations ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and company quality systems.
Maintain optimum inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs.
Ensure proper storage, handling, FEFO/FIFO implementation, and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate periodic inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
Distribution & Customer Deliveries
Ensure timely dispatch of domestic and international customer orders.
Coordinate with Sales, Production Planning, Customer Service, and Manufacturing teams to meet delivery co
