Role Description The Sales Manager – Real Estate will lead and manage sales activities, focusing on generating and closing leads for the assigned project. This full-time, on-site role involves guiding prospective buyers through the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and site visits to negotiation and final sale. The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, and Channel Partners, achieve sales targets, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports. This is a high impact, target driven role and needs to be handled with complete accountability, the role also includes achieving sales targets, monitoring local market trends, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex transactions.
Solid understanding of the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad real estate market, local regulations, and project lifecycle.




Effective communication and presentation skills, with qualified conduct in on-site meetings and project showcase.
Comfort with basic CRM tools, sales reporting, and use of digital channels for lead generation and follow-up.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.
Must have atleast 2+ years in Pune Real Estate market experience.
Go-getter and enthusiastic individual.
Knowledge of Commercial/Studio Apartments/Preleased Asset Projects is an advantage.
