RGM SME / Analyst : CPG Consulting
Role Overview
The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) SME / Analyst acts as a vital bridge between commercial business teams and our data science and engineering units. In this role, you will support the translation of business questions into analytical processes, ensuring that data insights are actionable and align with client objectives. Rather than owning the entire framework, you will be a key contributor—assisting senior SMEs in requirement gathering, querying data to validate model outputs,



and supporting the development of RGM solutions across pricing, promotion, and assortment.

Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Business Analysis: Support senior consultants in business requirement gathering, translating basic commercial questions into data and analytical briefs. Perform foundational data and business analysis to validate RGM strategies.
Domain Support: Assist in the analysis and execution of RGM frameworks, specifically contributing to areas like Pricing Analytics, Promotion Optimization, Assortment Optimization, and Retail Execution (Sales Analytics).
Data & Process Validation: Navigate and understand both internal and external datasets (e.g., POS data, syndication data, Retailer POS, TPM, Sell-In, Promotion Calendar). Map out basic data processes and utilize related analytical tools to ensure data readiness and quality.
