We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale MICE, corporate events, and experiential marketing projects. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing operations, production, and client servicing functions while ensuring seamless execution, exceptional client experiences, and strong commercial performance.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in event operations and production, combined with robust client management capabilities. You will collaborate closely with business development, creative, and production teams to deliver high-quality events while driving operational excellence, profitability, and long-term client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Production
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, and MICE programs.




Oversee production activities, including fabrication, staging, audio-visual setup, technical production, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs), project timelines, and quality assurance processes across all projects.
Own project budgets, delivery costs, and operational profitability while ensuring high-quality execution.
Build and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, production partners, and logistics providers to ensure reliable project delivery and cost optimization.
Monitor project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
Client Servicing & Account Management
Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
