We are seeking a Team Leader for our Sky CA Classic team within the Sky
Channel-VRM - CA department at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will
lead and motivate a team of customer advisors, ensuring exceptional service and
sales performance.

As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our
Sky CA Classic team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and inspire a
team of customer advisors, providing them with the necessary guidance and
support to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for coaching and
developing your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to
deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Additionally,
you will collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure a
seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of customer advisors, fostering a positive and
productive work setting.
* Coach and develop team members, providing regular performance feedback and
identifying areas for improvement.
* Set and monitor sales targets,

* Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions, maintaining high
customer satisfaction.

standard of professionalism.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership role, preferably in a
customer service or sales environment.
* Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve sales targets.
