The Role
We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to own end-to-end paid campaign execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is a performance-first role — you'll optimize for real business outcomes and directly contribute to our pipeline and revenue goals.

What You'll Do
Plan, set up, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Build and test audience targeting, retargeting, and creative strategies
Monitor and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key KPIs




Track performance weekly and share transparent, actionable insights
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams on campaign consistency and lead quality
Maintain campaign hygiene — naming conventions, UTM tracking, budget pacing

What We're Looking For
6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience in paid advertising
Robust working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Analytical mindset with comfort in data and reporting tools
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Available to join immediately
