Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will solve high-impact enterprise problems by designing, deploying, and scaling production-ready AI agents. Operating as a hands-on generalist, you will own the entire lifecycle—from problem definition and system design to deployment and continuous iteration—delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner directly with enterprise customers to translate complex operational challenges into technical designs.

- Build, deploy, and optimize reliable AI agents integrated into customer workflows.

- Monitor production performance, iterate based on real-world data, and scale delivery practices.

Requirements

- 5+ years of software engineering experience with solid system design fundamentals.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end integrations and navigating ambiguous requirements.

- Excellent client-facing communication skills and an ownership mindset.

- Experience with AI agents, production automation, or solution engineering is preferred.
