Role Overview :

As a Solution Architect, you will serve as the technical bridge between complex business requirements and scalable software execution. You will spend your day designing high-level system structures, evaluating technology stacks, and ensuring that our platforms remain performant, secure, and modular. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate immigration workflows into cohesive technical roadmaps.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our global operations, ensuring that our infrastructure can support rapid scaling while maintaining the highest standards of system availability and data security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end system architectures that align with long-term business objectives and technical scalability requirements.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of technology stacks, frameworks, and third-party integrations to optimize development velocity and system performance.
- Define and document architectural standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency across all engineering teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex immigration business processes into modular, maintainable, and secure technical designs.




- Conduct thorough technical reviews and risk assessments to identify potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities before they impact production environments.
- Mentor engineering teams on architectural principles and guide them through the implementation of complex system components.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing distributed systems and enterprise-grade applications with a focus on high availability and fault tolerance.
- Proficiency in architecting complex integrations between internal platforms and external APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and security.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment across business and engineering departments.
- Robust analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot systemic issues and optimize performance in high-traffic environments.
- Proven experience in managing the full software development lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
- Capability to work effectively in a distributed, global environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and communication across different time zones.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 3 to 13 years of hands-on experience in software architecture and design.
