Job Title: Solar O&M; Technician
Location: Hosur
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – EEE
Experience: Fresher
Preferred: Immediate Joiners
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of solar Panels
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities at project sites
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting basic electrical and solar system issues
- Monitor equipment performance and report technical issues to the senior team
- Follow site safety procedures and maintenance standards
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel whenever required
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar Panels
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work in field/site environments
- Must be willing to travel as required
