Role & responsibilities

- Experience between 4-9 yrs only in Software Testing UAT with Banking domain mandatory

- Analyse business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows to identify UAT scope, scenarios, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.

- Prepare UAT strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, execution schedules, and traceability matrices.

- Execute functional, end-to-end, integration, regression, and negative test scenarios across transaction banking applications.

- Validate payment and cash-management workflows, including transaction initiation, approvals, cut-off times, validations, processing, status updates, repair queues, reversals, rejects, and reconciliation.

- Verify expected system behaviour across channels, interfaces, downstream applications, reporting, and operational processes.

- Log, prioritise, track,



and retest defects; work with technology teams and vendors to support root-cause analysis and timely resolution.

- Maintain complete testing evidence, including screenshots, transaction references, test results, defect records, and UAT sign-off documentation.

- Provide regular reporting on test progress, defect status, risks, blockers, and readiness for release.

- Support release validation, post-deployment smoke testing, and production incident investigation where required.

- Ensure testing aligns with internal controls, audit standards, regulatory obligations, and agreed business acceptance criteria. UAT in banking is intended to validate real business workflows, financial accuracy, compliance, and production readiness
