About the Role

We are seeking talented and highly motivated Software Trainees to join our technology team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates from premier engineering institutions or those with up to one year of experience in product-based organizations. You will work alongside experienced engineers to build scalable applications, solve complex business problems, and contribute to innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.
- Write efficient, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Learn and work with modern technologies, development frameworks, and cloud platforms.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines.
- 0–1 year of software development experience through internships or full-time employment.
- Graduates from premier institutes such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, and other top-tier engineering colleges preferred.
- Candidates from reputed product-based companies are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures,



Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, Operating Systems, and Database concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, .NET, React, Angular, Python, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Participation in coding competitions, hackathons, open-source contributions, or significant academic projects.
