QA Engineer (Web & Business Applications)

Location: Kazhakkoottam, Trivandrum, Kerala

We're looking for a passionate QA Engineer to ensure our products deliver a seamless, reliable, and high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Test HRMS, CRM, ERP, Property Management, Operations Management, and other business web applications .
- Test Android and iOS mobile applications across multiple devices and browsers.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools .
- Perform API Testing using Postman and basic database validation using SQL.
- Validate bug fixes and ensure application quality before production releases.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Business Teams.
- Prepare test reports, QA documentation, and release sign-offs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.




- Strong experience in Manual Testing, Web Application Testing, Mobile Application Testing, Defect Tracking, API Testing, and SQL .
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar bug-tracking tools .
- Basic knowledge of automation testing ( Selenium/Appium ) is an added advantage.
