Job Role

We are looking for an IT Software Executive to provide software support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of software applications and IT systems within the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
- Provide software and technical support to hospital/office staff.
- Troubleshoot application, operating system, and user-related issues.
- Assist users with software-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and update software applications as required.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for technical support.
- Support healthcare-related software,



hospital management systems, and other applications.
- Maintain records of software issues, updates, and service requests.
- Assist with data backup and basic system security activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of IT software systems.

Skills Required
- Valuable knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and computer applications.
- Knowledge of hospital/healthcare software will be an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to provide technical support to multiple users.

Location: Dadar East, Mumbai Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
