Own storage assessment, migration compatibility and performance optimization.





Key Responsibilities

- Migration Readiness Assessment & should be able to define migration strategy for the workplace
- Own end-to-end VMware to Promax migration solution.
- Lead discovery workshops with customer SMEs.
- Create migration runbooks, wave plans, rollback plans, and cutover procedures.
- Provide technical governance during migration execution.
- Support effort estimation, sizing, and SOW validation.

Preferred Skills

- Proxmox VE
- KVM virtualization
- Large-scale data center migrations
- Infrastructure transformation programs

Preferred Certifications

VMware VCP/VCAP, Proxmox Certified Engineer, RHCE, ITIL
