Role Description The Software Engineering Specialist will work in office in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of HR Tech SaaS products and Agentic AI-driven Performance Management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and secure code, implementing new features, optimizing existing modules, and troubleshooting issues across application layers.

The role involves working with databases, Linux-based environments, and Java-based services,



as well as collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver stable, scalable releases. The specialist will participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help improve engineering practices and automation across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with Databases (SQL/NoSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity practices.
- Proficiency in Linux environments for development, deployment, and troubleshooting application and system-level issues.
- Practical expertise in Java, including object-oriented design, frameworks, and best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with SaaS architectures, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms is highly beneficial.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and work independently on complex tasks.
- Interest in HR Tech, AI-driven products, and performance management domains is a plus.
