Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Noida.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs that power Square Yards’ consumer and B2B platforms.

Responsibilities include writing clean,



productive, and testable code, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver scalable solutions. The role involves troubleshooting and optimizing system performance, integrating third-party services, and ensuring security and reliability across applications.

The Software

Engineer will also contribute to technical documentation and support continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Node.js Developer with strong SQL expertise to build and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have experience developing REST APIs, working with relational databases, and writing optimized SQL queries.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Mandatory: Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server)
- Experience with REST APIs and database design
- Knowledge of Git and version control
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
