We are looking for a GenAI Engineer & MERN Stack Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in building AI-driven applications and full-stack web development. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in prompt engineering, experience using GenAI platforms (OpenAI / AWS Bedrock), and a solid foundation in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning fast, solving real-world problems, and working with modern AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prompt Engineering & GenAI Development
· Write, test, and refine prompts for LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
· Build small GenAI workflows such as question-answering, summarization, and text generation.
· Experiment with prompt variations to improve accuracy and consistency.
· Assist in building chatbots, content-generation tools, and automated agents.
2. AWS & Cloud Basics
· Work with AWS services like Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch for small serverless functions and automation.
· Integrate GenAI APIs using AWS Bedrock or OpenAI.
· Deploy basic backend services and manage access permissions.
3. Vector Search & Knowledge Bases
· Store and retrieve embedding using MongoDB Atlas Vector Search.
· Help create simple knowledge bases for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
· Implement chunking, indexing and testing retrieval quality.
· Sync data sources between GenAI platforms and MongoDB Atlas.
4. MERN Stack Development
· Build responsive user interfaces using React.js.
· Create REST APIs using Express.js and Node.js.
· Work with MongoDB for CRUD operations, schemas, and data modelling.
· Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and GenAI systems.
5. Backend Development & Automation
· Write efficient backend code using JavaScript or Python (Python preferred for AI tasks).
· Create API endpoints to interact with GenAI models, Bedrock, or external services.
· Automate small tasks such as data processing, cleaning, or uploading.
6. Collaboration & Version Control
· Use GitHub for commits, PRs, branching, and code reviews.
· Work closely with team members to build and test end-to-end GenAI features.
· Participate in requirement discussions and sprint planning.
Good to Have (Optional, Not Mandatory for 1–2 Years)
· Experience with AWS ECS/ECR for basic container handling.
· Understanding of OpenAI Assistants, Bedrock Agents, or LangChain.
· Exposure to RAG pipelines, embedding, vector DBs, or LLM-based automation.
· Basic UI/UX understanding for React-based dashboards.

· Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM usage.
· Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
· Basic knowledge of AWS services like Lambda, IAM, S3, CloudWatch.
· Familiarity with embedding creation and vector search concepts.
· Good programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript.
· Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
