About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Software Engineer with a specialization in RPA and automation to join our growing technology team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated solutions across business processes using industry-leading tools and technologies. Youll work across functional teams to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for end-to-end testing.

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify automation opportunities.

Develop and manage MySQL databases supporting automation workflows.

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure continuous delivery of automation processes.

Debug and optimize RPA workflows to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.





Maintain thorough documentation of automation processes and technical assets.

Monitor production bots, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in RPA development or similar roles.

Proficient in Selenium WebDriver for automation testing.

Solid knowledge of MySQL for managing data-driven workflows.

Hands-on experience with Jenkins or similar DevOps tools.

Experience with one or more RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.

Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C#.

Familiarity with REST APIs and HTML.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
