Software Engineer (Full Stack & Mobile)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer with 1–2 years of qualified experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field and has hands-on experience developing modern web applications as well as mobile applications.

The candidate should be proficient in front-end and back-end technologies, database management, and API integrations. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse products, contribute to innovation, and grow within a collaborative technology environment.

Key Responsibilities The responsibilities of this position include:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and business logic.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.
- Manage and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and external services.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Participate in application deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development best practices, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development with exposure to both web and mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript .
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js .
- Experience in mobile application development using Flutter or React Native (native Android/iOS development is an added advantage).
- Solid back-end development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar technologies .
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Knowledge of software design principles, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Flutter or React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
- Knowledge of state management solutions (Redux, Provider, Riverpod, MobX, etc.).
- Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Familiarity with Docker, containerization, or cloud deployment.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
