About The Role We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with specialized expertise in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with the TCS BaNCS platform. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in validating the integrity and functionality of health insurance claim workflows within our systems.

This role involves detailed testing, defect tracking, and ensuring that all processes adhere to regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with business analysts, domain experts, and development teams to facilitate seamless testing cycles and deliver reliable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably supplemented by relevant experience in the insurance domain. Prior exposure to health claims processing and familiarity with TCS BaNCS platforms are essential.

Candidates with basic SQL knowledge and experience using test management and defect tracking tools will have an added advantage. Strong analytical skills, meticulous documentation abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within the TCS BaNCS platform,



ensuring all workflows such as claim adjudication, settlement, policy linkage, and payments operate correctly. Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and regression scenarios.

Support integration testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users and stakeholders. Log, track, and verify defects efficiently, collaborating with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues promptly. Ensure all testing activities comply with applicable regulatory guidelines, business rules, and quality standards.

Maintain clear documentation of test cases, defect reports, and testing outcomes. Work closely with business analysts and domain experts to understand evolving requirements and incorporate them into testing strategies. Participate in review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and overall system quality.
