About The Ro le

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with specialized knowledge in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with the TCS BaNCS platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating the accuracy and integrity of health insurance claim workflows within the system. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of insurance processes, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system quality and compliance with regulatory standar ds.

Qualificat ions The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with relevant experience in the insurance domain. Prior exposure to health claims processing and familiarity with the TCS BaNCS platform is essential. Candidates with a strong foundation in testing methodologies, defect tracking, and test management tools will be preferred.

Basic SQL knowledge and excellent documentation skills are also desirable to effectively support testing activities and communicate findings cle arly.

Responsibi lities

Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within the TCS BaNCS platform to ensure functionality aligns with business requir ements.Validate claim adjudication,



settlement processes, policy linkage, and payment workflows to ensure accuracy and comp liance.Create, review, and execute detailed test cases based on business specifications and regulatory guid elines.Conduct functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to verify system rea diness.Log, track, and verify defects in collaboration with development teams, ensuring timely resolution and ret esting.Ensure that all testing activities adhere to internal quality standards, business rules, and regulatory compliance requir ements.Work closely with business analysts, domain experts, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, cases, defects, and test results for audit and reporting pu rposes.
