Are you an experienced .NET Developer with hands-on experience in Government Payroll Software?

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL Server, along with prior experience working on government payroll or large-scale payroll management applications.

? ROLE: .NET DEVELOPER

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, customize, and enhance payroll software applications using .NET technologies.
- Work on payroll modules including employee salary processing, allowances, deductions, statutory components, and payroll reports.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and production-related issues.
- Understand existing application architecture and implement new requirements and enhancements.
- Perform application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively.
- Provide technical support and maintenance throughout the application lifecycle.
- Maintain appropriate technical documentation and follow development and deployment processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Required Experience & Skills

- 3–5 years of professional experience as a .NET Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET / ASP.NET / C#.




- Good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of SQL queries, stored procedures, and database development.
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience in software development, maintenance, and application support.

⭐ Highly Preferred

- Prior experience working on Government Payroll Software.
- Experience with Government / PSU / Public Sector projects.
- Good understanding of government payroll processes and statutory requirements.
- Experience working with payroll, HRMS, or employee management systems.

? WHO WILL BE A GOOD FIT?

This role is ideal for a 3–5 year experienced .NET Developer who can understand an existing payroll application, independently troubleshoot technical issues, develop enhancements, and work effectively with project stakeholders.

Candidates with previous experience in government payroll implementation, development, or support will be given preference.
