SDE-1 – Full Stack

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Development Engineer I (SDE-1) – Full Stack to join our engineering team at Dilogs.AI. You'll work on building AI-first web applications, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable features across the stack. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving challenging problems, shipping products quickly, and leveraging AI-powered development tools to build high-quality software.

What You'll Do :

● Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI) , Java (Springboot) and Javascript.

● Develop clean, maintainable and well-tested backend APIs and frontend components.

● Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

● Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.

● Write automated tests, debug production issues, and improve overall code quality.

● Work with relational and NoSQL databases for efficient data modeling and querying.

● Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.

● Use AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate software development while maintaining engineering quality.

● Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into products.

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 0–2 years of software development experience (strong fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).





● Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with Java is a plus.

● Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, or Spring Boot.

● Experience building frontend applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

● Good understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture.

● Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

● Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and SDLC.

● Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.

● Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

● Fast learner with a strong ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

● Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, and modern AI application architectures.

● Experience using AI coding assistants and adopting AI-driven development workflows.

● Contributions to open-source projects, hackathons, or personal projects are a plus. What We're Looking For

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
