- Onboard current clients after software purchase and ensure a smooth implementation process.

- Conduct product demonstrations and software training sessions for clients.

- Assist customers in setting up and using Cloud Vertical AI software.

- Handle client queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.

- Coordinate with the technical and product team to resolve customer issues promptly.

- Maintain customer records, onboarding status, follow-up schedules, and support updates in the CRM system.

- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Monitor client usage and encourage product adoption and renewals.

- Follow up with existing customers for feedback, support requirements, and additional business opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS, CRM/ERP software, cloud solutions, or customer onboarding/support.





- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English .

- Good understanding of software applications and cloud-based products.

- Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.

- Comfortable with online meetings, product demonstrations, and customer training.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and computer operations.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in software sales, dealer management software, table booking software, CRM software, ERP software, or cloud-based applications.

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

- Customer-focused and proactive in handling client issues.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
