Were looking for a technically solid Software Architect whos not just a team leader but an active individual contributor with deep hands-on coding experience in Angular, .NETCore, and Azure DevOps. This full-stack leadership role empowers you to shape architecture decisions while rolling up your sleeves to build scalable, secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Actively contribute to coding, architecture design, and implementation of core features

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software developers

Architect full-stack application developments with a focus on performance,

scalability, and maintainability

Manage end-to-end delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps tools (CI/CD, Repos,

Artifacts)

Collaborate closely with product manager, design teams and stake holders to deliver customer-centric solutions in line business goals.

Conduct regular code reviews, troubleshoot technical challenges, and optimize performance

Guide sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies





Foster engineering best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement

Must-Have Skills

15+ years of full-stack development experience with Angular and .NET Core

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role

Proficiency in various technologies like Azure DevOps, .Net Core, SQL, Angular 8

and above.

Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, micro services, and cloud-native architecture

Proven ability to coach and grow high-performing engineering teams

Solid understanding of source control (Git), containerization (Docker) and testing frameworks

Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional discussions

Experience with Azure cloud services like App Services

Strategic Thinking & Problem solving skills are required.

Excellent communication skill in English is required (Write & Speak).
