Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Soft Skill Trainer role based in Jaipur, focused on entry-level talent and immediate joiners. The trainer will conduct interactive classroom sessions on soft skills, communication, and life skills for students preparing for placements, using presentations, activities, and role plays. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning training modules, delivering sessions according to schedules, assessing learners’ performance, and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.





The role involves collaborating with other trainers and coordinators to refine training content, tailoring delivery to diverse learner needs, and maintaining high levels of engagement and professionalism. The trainer will also support evaluation processes, maintain training records, and contribute to continuous improvement of FACE Prep’s training offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong soft skills and life skills, including professionalism, adaptability, and a learner-centered mindset.

- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear verbal delivery, active listening, and the ability to explain concepts in simple terms.

- Candidates should possess confident presentation skills for facilitating group sessions, using visual aids, and engaging diverse audiences.

- Candidates should possess training and development capabilities, such as designing session plans, conducting workshops, and assessing learner progress.

- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Arts, Education, Psychology, Management, or related fields) preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and join immediately; prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training is an advantage.

- Solid interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for guiding students toward successful careers.
