Role & responsibilities

- Short-Form Content Creation: Edit fast-paced, high-engagement Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional video clips.

- Office & Culture Coverage: Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage, employee highlights, office culture snippets, and company milestone announcements.

- Trend & Hook Optimization: Keep up with quick-moving social media trends, trending audio, viral formats, and hook techniques to maximize reach.

- Text, FX & Motion Graphics: Add dynamic captions, eye-catching transitions, sound effects (SFX), color grading, and basic motion graphics tailored for mobile screens.

- Asset Management: Maintain organized archives of raw footage, audio files, and exported social media formats.

Preferred candidate profile





- Editing Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut (Pro), DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Motion graphics experience in After Effects is a strong advantage.

- Social Media Native: Deep understanding of 9:16 vertical video formats, pacing, audio mixing, and caption integration.

- Shooting Capabilities: Basic mobile or camera shooting skills to capture quick BTS footage around the office.

- Creative Eye: Strong understanding of visual storytelling, hook retention, and brand aesthetic.
