About the Role

Offscene Studios is looking for a Social Media Strategist who can take ownership of social media planning, execution, reporting, and client communication for our retainer accounts.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, creative-minded, and comfortable managing multiple clients and content calendars simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars for multiple clients.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and servicing for retainer accounts.
- Understand client requirements, take feedback, and coordinate revisions with the creative team.
- Track content performance and prepare monthly social media reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and other relevant metrics.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and audience behaviour.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the client's brand voice, objectives, and communication strategy.




- Maintain timelines and ensure content is planned and delivered well in advance.
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance and client engagement.

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, strategy, or client servicing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts or retainer clients.
- Good knowledge of content planning, scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with creative and marketing teams.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle client feedback professionally and turn it into actionable tasks.
